Let me bring fitness to you at home!
Dumbbell (Mondays) and kettlebell (Wednesdays) workouts which focus on strength training as well as cardio, designed to shape and sculpt your body for rapid fat loss and a lean toned body. It's fun, super quick and super effective - come along and give it a go!
The sessions last for half an hour with lower intensity options and increased recovery times available.
The workouts take place via Zoom so you'll need to install it if you haven't already got it - it is free for you to use and installation doesn't take long.
