30 minute Zoom workouts

Let me bring fitness to you at home! 

Kettlebell and dumbbell workouts which focus on strength training as well as cardio, designed to shape and sculpt your body for rapid fat loss and a lean toned body. It's fun, super quick and super effective - come along and give it a go!

The sessions last for half an hour with lower intensity options and increased recovery times available.
