Sessions are 50 minutes long. Please bring a sweat towel, an exercise mat and water.​

Kettlebells are provided

Kettlebell training is suitable for participants aged 16 and over, but is not recommended during any stage of pregnancy

Kettlebell training is safe and low impact, but is at the same time an intense cardiovascular workout.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition you will need to check with your doctor if you are safe to participate.

Sessions take place on:

Mondays 

9:30-10:30am at Stathern WMI Village Hall, 19 Main Street, Stathern LE14 4HW (indoors)

7:30-8:30pm in Long Clawson Village Hall, Back Lane, LE14 4NA (outdoors under floodlights if it's fine, indoors if not)

 

Fridays

9:30-10:30am at Harby Village Hall, 40 School Lane, Harby LE14 4BZ (indoors)

Saturdays (no session on 21 September or 5 October)

9:35-10:30am at Belvoir Vale Tennis Club, off Hose Lane, Mount Pleasant, Hose LE14 4JR (outdoors)

Sessions run during term time.  For the first half of term classes will take place weekly from 9 September until 11 October (5 weeks for each venue apart from Hose which is 3 weeks).  It's £25 for 5 Stathern / Clawson / Harby sessions and £15 for Hose.  If you would rather not commit to a block pay as you go is available at £7.50 a session.
