Fitness has always been very important to me especially after the birth of each of my children. Having had a natural water birth, an emergency c-section (breech baby & failed ECV), and a VBAC I am very aware of the effect that pregnancy and childbirth can have our bodies.
I've been running Buggyfit sessions since my youngest was six weeks old. Buggyfit is a fabulous way of overcoming the childcare obstacle and also a wonderful opportunity to meet new mums, have fun and work towards getting back into those pre-pregnancy jeans! As a mum I understand the daily demands of motherhood and the importance of finding some quality mum time.
I'm also running Kettlercise classes in the Vale of Belvoir. Kettlercise is designed to shape and sculpt your body for rapid fat loss and a lean toned body. It's fun, super quick and super effective - come along and give it a go!
