Buggyfit is the original and largest buggy workout network in the UK. We offer the ultimate fitness class for new mums wanting to get back in shape after their new arrival. This power walking and resistance training class is proving to be the answer to shifting post natal weight and strengthening your body after giving birth.

...it's not just a walk in the park
Buggyfit classes for mums and babies are an hour long, they start with a moderate warm up walk, moving into a power walk or run to raise our heart rates. This is when we start to burn fat! Each class includes group exercises specifically selected to strengthen and tone particular muscle groups, and enable us to cope with the demands of motherhood. We finish off with a cool down and stretch.
Classes are charged on a termly basis.
You will not be charged for dates that you and / or I am on holiday, nor for classes cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. Upon making your booking please notify me of any dates that you will not be able to attend and I will refund those dates. If you are unable to commit to an entire term or half term due to returning to work or because you are going away please get in touch to let me know which dates you would like to attend and I will invoice you for the correct number of weeks.
Classes take place on
Wednesdays (no sessions over half term 18 October - 3 November) at 10:30am - Rushcliffe Country Park, NG11 6JS (meet in car park)
